About the Blend
Ausum’s Banana Nut Bread is a fruit infusion made from natural bananas, almonds, raisins, dates and luxurious vanilla pods. All the fruits are fresh, locally sourced and fully dehydrated in-house. This tisane is caffeine-free and completely natural, packed with antioxidants and free of calories!


Banana Nut Bread Tea Cake Full Recipe

Ingredients:

Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup milk powder
1.5 cups whole wheat flour
1tsp baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
3/4 cup brown sugar

Wet ingredients:
1 cup milk
2tbsp oil
1/2 cup curd
1/4 cup water
½ cup of Ausum Banana Nut Bread zero-sugar, caffeine-free tisane or fruit infusion.

Method:

- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
- Add all the wet ingredients.
- Stir well with a spatula.
- Once mixed thoroughly, add Ausum Banana Nut Bread blend and mix some more.
- Pour into cupcake moulds and top it up with some more of the blend.
- Bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Your banana loaf cake is now ready!
