Shipping And Cancellation Policy

Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Currently we are shipping orders only within India.

To cancel your order, send us an email to support@ausumtea.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our facility.

Delivery Partners

We primarily work with Fedex and DTDC within India. You will receive an SMS once the shipment leaves our facility so you can track the delivery of your order.
